Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Tax Partner (Advisory) in Trowbridge to lead high-net-worth client advisory services. The role combines strategic personal tax advice, trust planning, compliance oversight, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal tax compliance, trust taxation, and strategic advisory to high-net-worth and entrepreneurial clients
- Lead business development, identify opportunities, and expand the firm’s Private Client Tax offering
- Manage and mentor a team across advisory and compliance, fostering collaboration and professional growth
- Keep clients informed of evolving tax legislation and planning opportunities
About You
- Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with extensive high-net-worth client experience
- Deep knowledge of IHT, CGT, trusts, family investment companies, residence, and domicile planning
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong business development experience, able to win and maintain client relationships
- Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and proactive client focus
