Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Tax Director in Swindon to manage a portfolio of high net worth individuals, families, and family offices. The role combines strategic personal tax advisory, compliance oversight, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), trusts, residence, and domicile planning
- Support family offices and landed estates with long-term wealth and succession planning
- Lead, mentor, and review junior and senior tax staff
- Identify business development opportunities within existing and prospective clients
- Provide strategic guidance on complex personal and international tax issues
About You
- Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with extensive personal tax experience
- Proven track record with high net worth clients and family offices
- Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK personal and international tax legislation
- Commercially minded and capable of managing your own portfolio
