  • Managing complex advisory assignments from planning through to delivery
  • Maintaining exceptional technical standards and client service

In addition to client delivery, you will play a key role in developing the firm's Not-for-Profit Tax practice. This will include identifying advisory opportunities, supporting tenders and proposals, strengthening sector relationships, delivering seminars, producing technical thought leadership, and contributing to wider business development initiatives.

You will also mentor and develop junior team members, helping build technical capability and supporting the continued success of the specialist tax team.

About You

You will be ATT and/or CTA qualified (or possess equivalent experience) with significant experience advising charities and not-for-profit organisations within a UK accountancy practice or professional services environment.
