We're recruiting an experienced Mixed Tax Director to join a growing accountancy practice in Leeds.

This is a senior, client-facing opportunity for a tax professional with strong Corporate and Personal Tax experience. You'll manage a varied portfolio, provide commercially focused tax advice and play a key role in business development and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and private client tax advisory work
• Provide advice across Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, IHT, CGT and succession planning
• Advise business owners on restructuring, acquisitions, disposals and tax planning
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Identify new business and cross-selling opportunities
• Manage WIP, billing and client fees
• Review complex tax work and advisory reports
• Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team
• Work collaboratively with Audit, Corporate Finance and Financial Planning teams
• Keep up to date with UK tax legislation and technical developments

About You

• ACA and/or CTA qualified, or qualified by experience
• Significant UK practice experience across Corporate and Personal Tax
• Strong technical and advisory tax knowledge
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Commercially minded with business development experience
• Previous leadership, management or mentoring experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
