Job Summary

We are seeking an Insolvency Manager in Bath to manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and liquidations. This client-facing role involves case strategy, compliance, and statutory reporting, while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate insolvency cases: CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and liquidations
  • Act as main contact for directors, stakeholders, and professional advisors
  • Oversee case strategy, statutory compliance, and reporting
  • Review statements of affairs, reports, and case documentation
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members, supporting development
  • Contribute to business development and strengthen professional networks

About You

  • CPI / JIEB qualified or working towards qualification
  • Strong corporate insolvency experience in professional services
  • Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
  • Commercially aware and able to manage competing priorities
