Job Summary
We’re looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager in Aberdeen to lead corporate tax advisory and compliance across a diverse client portfolio. This role is ideal for a CA- or CTA-qualified professional with experience in corporate tax, international tax, and advisory projects.
You will manage complex corporate tax engagements, provide strategic and technical advice, and mentor junior tax staff while building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate tax advisory: reorganisations, transactions, group structuring, and international tax
- Manage and review corporate tax compliance for client portfolios
- Lead tax due diligence and advisory projects, delivering practical solutions
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser
- Collaborate with teams across Corporate Finance, VAT, Employment Taxes, Transfer Pricing
- Monitor UK and international tax legislation and keep clients informed
- Mentor and develop junior tax staff
Requirements
- CA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven corporate tax advisory and compliance experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management
- Commercially aware, proactive, and detail-oriented
