We're recruiting a Corporate Tax Senior Manager – Advisory for a leading accountancy and tax advisory practice.

This is a fully remote, senior client-facing role with an approximately 80% advisory / 20% compliance split. You'll work closely with Partners and Directors, advising businesses on complex tax planning, transactions and strategic corporate tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate tax advisory projects
• Advise on restructures, group reorganisations and demergers
• Lead R&D tax claims and innovation projects
• Advise on share schemes and employee incentives
• Support international structuring and cross-border tax planning
• Advise on M&A, transactions and tax due diligence
• Manage a varied corporate tax portfolio
• Build strong senior client relationships
• Identify tax planning and business development opportunities
• Support proposals, pitches and client meetings
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Collaborate with wider tax and advisory teams

About You

• CTA qualified, or ATT/ACA qualified with significant advisory experience
• Strong UK corporate tax advisory background
• Experience within a professional services or accountancy practice
• Proven ability to lead complex tax advisory projects
• Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Experience managing a varied corporate tax portfolio
• International tax experience desirable
• CCH and Alphatax experience advantageous
• Commercially aware, proactive and client-focused
• Ambitious and keen to progress towards Director level
