An established accountancy practice in Winchester is seeking an Audit Senior to join its growing audit team.
This role is ideal for a part-qualified or newly qualified ACA / ACCA auditor with strong UK practice experience.
The Role
- Lead and deliver statutory audit assignments from planning to completion
- Supervise and review the work of junior audit staff
- Prepare audit working papers and statutory accounts
- Act as a key point of contact for clients during audits
- Liaise with Audit Managers and Partners to meet deadlines and quality standards
Candidate Profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified
- Previous UK audit experience within an accountancy practice (essential)
- Experience leading or assisting on audit assignments
- Strong knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
- Good communication and client-facing skills
