Job Summary
We are recruiting an Audit Manager in London to manage and deliver audit engagements for a portfolio of professional clients, including law firms and accountancy practices. This role combines client management, audit leadership, and involvement in advisory and business development projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
• Act as main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
• Perform and oversee onsite audit reviews and manage a small team of 2–3 staff
• Support business development: pitches, tenders, and identifying opportunities within existing clients
• Plan audits efficiently while maintaining firm-wide productivity and quality standards
• Motivate and provide feedback to the team
• Contribute to advisory projects for professional firms, including KPI benchmarking, partner remuneration, and training

About You
• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience operating at Audit Manager level in a professional services firm
• Strong background auditing law firms and accountancy practices
• Ability to manage multiple audits and deadlines concurrently
• Exposure to or interest in business development activities
• Committed to audit quality, attention to detail, and team development
• Experience with SRA Accounts Rules Reviews is advantageous
