We're recruiting an Accounts Senior for a growing accountancy practice in Leamington Spa.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified ACCA/ACA accountant or experienced Accounts Senior with UK practice experience who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

You'll work with a varied portfolio of clients, preparing management and statutory accounts, supporting tax compliance, handling VAT and developing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management and statutory accounts
• Assist with corporation tax and personal tax compliance
• Prepare and review VAT returns
• Liaise with clients and resolve accounting queries
• Support tax planning and business advisory work
• Assist with cash flow forecasts and business planning
• Review and support junior team members
• Ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines
• Use IRIS or similar accounting software
• Work closely with Managers and Directors on client assignments

About You

• ACCA/ACA part-qualified, studying or qualified by experience
• Minimum 3 years' UK accountancy practice experience
• Strong accounts preparation and tax compliance experience
• Good knowledge of VAT and HMRC requirements
• Experience with IRIS or similar accounting software
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Able to manage multiple deadlines
• Proactive, commercially aware and keen to progress
• Confident supporting and mentoring junior staff
