Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Senior in Cirencester to prepare management and year-end accounts, tax computations, and supporting schedules. This client-facing role combines accounting expertise, mentoring junior team members, and spotting client opportunities, providing exposure to a varied portfolio of businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management accounts, year-end accounts, and tax computations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver accurate outputs on time and within budget
- Mentor junior staff and share technical knowledge
- Identify opportunities to support clients and contribute to business development
- Promote continuous learning and development across the team
About You
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or working towards)
- Proactive, client-focused, and highly organised
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Collaborative team player, supporting and mentoring colleagues
- Commercially aware with an interest in client growth
