Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Senior in Bath to prepare management and year-end accounts, tax computations, and supporting schedules. This client-facing role combines accounting expertise, team mentoring, and business development, providing exposure to a varied portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management accounts, year-end accounts, and tax computations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver accurate client outputs on time and within budget
- Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Identify client opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
- Promote continuous learning and development across the team
About You
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or working towards)
- Proactive, client-focused, and highly organised
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality
- Collaborative team player, supporting and mentoring colleagues
- Commercially aware with an interest in business growth
