Job Summary
We are seeking a Accounts Partner in Swindon to manage and grow a diverse client portfolio, delivering innovative accounting and tax solutions. You will lead and mentor teams, drive business development, and ensure high-quality, profitable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of technically complex clients (£500k+)
- Deliver efficient, high-quality accounting and tax services with focus on risk management
- Mentor and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
- Lead business development initiatives and cross-service opportunities
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and tailored solutions
- Oversee WIP, debtors, and firm risk exposure
- Sign off on routine accounts, tax returns, engagement letters, and quotes for new business
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified with senior leadership experience
- Proven track record in client portfolio growth and business development
- Experienced in leading and motivating high-performing teams
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
